Change of Mind Returns We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@blitz.net.au with your order number and photos of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

International Orders (USA & Worldwide) Due to the cost of international return shipping, we offer a refund without return for damaged or incorrect items on international orders. Simply send us a photo and we'll sort it out quickly.
